Booking Terms & House Rules
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Remootio gate access activates at check-in and expires at check-out
Payments & Cancellations
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
- A 10% damage pre-authorisation is held on the day of arrival and released 1 day after departure.
- All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
House Rules
- No smoking
- No parties or unapproved visitors
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Pets welcome with prior approval and £25 fee
- Maximum 10 guests
Cleaning & Damage
- A £100 cleaning fee applies
- Please report any damage or issues
- We reserve the right to charge for excess damage or extra cleaning

We never share or sell your data.
Secure Remootio access is used for gate entry. CCTV monitors only the driveway and front gate — no indoor surveillance.
