Please note: All payments made are non-refundable. If the remaining balance is unpaid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no further charges will be made.

To protect the property, a £1,000 security deposit will be pre-authorized (not charged) on the guest’s payment card 1 day prior to arrival. This is a temporary hold and will be automatically released 2 days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Should any deductions be required (e.g. for damage or excessive cleaning), we will notify the guest within 48 hours of check-out.
We value your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR. We only collect information necessary to confirm and manage your booking.

Security Note: Gate access is managed via Remootio, and CCTV is limited to the driveway and front gate. There is no surveillance inside the property.
